At CKC REAP we have a range of courses and workshops available throughout the year. Here you can find some information of the courses we are currently offering. 
Learner Licence Courses                                                                           
This is a course to help you learn the road code in preparation to sit the Learner Drivers Licence Test. This course is avaliable a number of times throughout the year and is very popular with people of all ages. Be sure to register for this course early as they fill up fast. 
Only $94 (INCLUDES the cost of the test)
Restricted Licence Courses      
This course is designed to help you pass your restricted licence test. It includes two evenings going over the road code and theory, as well as a drive with Colin Manion to help you identify the areas you may need to work on to pass the test.  At $25 this course is great value! (price EXCLUDES the cost of the test)
Computer Courses
We have a range of different computer courses to help anyone wanting to learn or refresh their computer skills. Our most popular course is called "Stepping up" and covers topics such as emails, using Facebook, internet security, Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint. Other courses include Kiwiskills - where you can work through the study modules at your own pace anywhere you can connect to the internet.  The cost of these course range from being FREE to $5
First Aid Courses
Our First Aid courses are designed to give you the skills and confidence you need to be able to deal with medical emergencies.  We offer refresher and basic courses as well as full workplace first aid courses for unit standard NZQA 6401, 6402 and 6400. Early Childhood courses are also available upon request. 
We have at least one first aid course per month with extra courses planned when we have enough people interested. A basic or refresher course costs $120 and the full course costs $190
Literacy & Numeracy
CKC REAP have one-on-one help with Literacy and Numeracy. We will help anyone aged 16 years or older with reading to understand, writing to communicate, speaking to communicate, listening to understand as well as basic numeracy skills. Our Literacy and Numeracy services are 100% Free and are tailored to each individual. 
Te Reo Maori language Programme
This programme is to help you strengthen and feel more confident using Te Reo, have a better understanding of Tikanga Maori and learn how to sing waiata Maori. Kaiako Te Taima Turu will guide you though 10 evenings over ten weeks with fun, friendly and relaxed exercises.  This is a fun and enjoyable way to learn the basics of Te Reo Maori. This course cost $35 for 10 weeks/10 sessions.
